Need for Speed trailer goes behind the scenes of the movie

A new trailer for the upcoming film adaptation of the Need for Speed franchise offers a behind-the-scenes look at production.

The video, which you can watch above, features Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul, director Scott Waugh and more talking about their experiences making the film. According to Waugh, Need for Speed is a story of revenge and redemption featuring fast cars.

"In this movie, you get to race the coolest cars on the planet," Waugh said. "The wrecks that you're going to see and the speeds that we travel is all in camera."

Need for Speed stars Aaron Paul as Tobey, a car mechanic recently released from prison for a crime he didn't commit. As part of his plan for revenge, Tobey joins the dangerous world of illegal street racing.

Need for Speed was announced in July 2012. The movie began filming in May of last year and hits theaters March 14, 2014.
