Mortal Kombat Komplete edition is over half off on Steam

Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, a version of the NetherRealm Studios release that comes complete with all downloadable content, is over half off on Steam for today's holiday sale until the end of the day.

The PC release features playable characters Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, alongside Freddy Krueger and offers 15 classic Mortal Kombat skins and three fatalities from Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile.

A full-length story more, challenge mode and tag team mode are also included, as well as an online king of the hill challenge and spectator mode.

Komplete Edition first hit Windows PC last summer following its release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012.
