Games developer and founder of the Moshi Monsters studio Mind Candy Michael Acton Smith has been awarded an official order of chivalry as recognized by Queen Elizabeth II, it was announced in this year's New Year Honours list.
"This is amazing news to round off what has been a magical year for Moshi Monsters," Acton Smith commented, as reported by Licensing.biz. "I'm honoured and thrilled to be awarded this OBE and to be in such impressive company, but obviously this is an accolade that all the team at Mind Candy and Firebox can be proud of."
