The latest patch for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn is bringing new mysteries, areas and major bosses to the world of Eorzea, Square Enix announced.
On Jan. 25 beginning at 7 a.m. ET, producer and director Naoki Yoshida will host a livestream previewing content for upcoming patch 2.2. Yoshida, along with assistant director Hiroshi Takai, will be answering player questions and sharing more details on the upcoming PlayStation 4 version of A Realm Reborn.
The stream will feature a first look at what's coming with patch 2.2, including the newest big boss Leviathan, a primal players can engage in combat, as well as two new dungeons: the Ruins of Amdapor dungeon, in which players will discover the remains of a long lost civilization, and The Binding Coil of Bahamut, a challenging level 50 dungeon designed for groups to tackle together.
The stream will be available through YouTube Live, Niconico and Twitch. Questions for Yoshida and Takai can be submitted through a designated forum thread or sent to the official Final Fantasy 14 twitter account.
