Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will arrive on Nintendo 3DS in "early 2015," Capcom series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto announced today in a video.
Like previous Ultimate entries, the Western version of Japan's Monster Hunter 4G "will be built on the foundations of Monster Hunter 4 but have way more content," Capcom Unity's Yuri "Dubindoh" Lindbergh wrote on Capcom Unity.
According to Tsujimoto, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate's new content will include "more multiplayer options then ever before with the ability to hunt with your friends over the internet," in addition to local wireless co-op. Press play above to see the video debut yourself.
Monster Hunter 4 was released last September in Japan and sold 3 million copies by November. Check out Polygon's Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate review to learn about the latest in the franchise's Ultimate manifestations.
