Earth Defense Force 2025 is a third-person shooter pitching players against an infestation of insectoid invaders.
Released in Japan last July, the game is due to arrive in North America by D3 Publisher on Feb. 24 for Xbox 360 and PS3. Today's trailer shows various urban battle scenarios featuring destructible environments and dastardly enemies as well as a selection of classes. Earth Defense Force 2025 will also make use of split-screen multiplayer and a variety of mobile weapons and vehicles.
