Super League Football tables hitting Pinball FX2, Zen Pinball 2

Super League Football, a suite of pinball tables inspired by Midway's World Cup Soccer table, will be added to Pinball FX2 and Zen Pinball 2, developer Zen Studios announced today.

Super League Football will be available in Pinball FX2 on Xbox Live Arcade and for Steam and Windows 8, as well as Zen Pinball 2 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and through the iTunes, Mac, Google Play and Kindle HD app stores. Super League Football will also launch as standalone game through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Players can play the tables as a number of different soccer clubs, including A.C. Milan, Arsenal, A.S. Roma, FC Barcelona, Liverpool FC, Real Madrid C.F. and Juventus Football Club. Tables will be themed to the club of players' choice, featuring images of the club's frontrunners and mascots as well as their theme songs and chants. Scores for team tables will be compiled on global leaderboards and players can earn trophies and accolades for their own in-game trophy rooms.

"World Cup Soccer is one of the greatest pinball tables ever created, and we have long been thinking about creating a modern day version football pinball table that would capture the essence of the game in today's climate, include the biggest clubs and players, and create an exciting level of competition that makes club football so entertaining," Zen Studios vice president of publishing Mel Kirk said in a press statement.
