Before Lightning embarks on her final mission next month, Square Enix shared a retro-styled trailer recapping the events of Final Fantasy 13 and Final Fantasy 13-2.
The events preceding Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 are recreated above in a style reminiscent of older series titles like Final Fantasy 6. From Lightning's first mission to liberate a train of exiles to Serah and Noel's final showdown with Caius, viewers can brush up on their Cocoon and Pulse history before heading into battle with Lightning once again. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 will launch in North America on Feb. 11 and in Europe Feb. 14 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A demo is currently available through Xbox Live and the PlayStation Store.
