FuturLab's PlayStation Mobile puzzle game Surge Deluxe has been given a PlayStation Vita release date of Feb. 4.
It's a match-3 game using electrical currents, that's been given a graphical overhaul for its new incarnation. "Since Surge was originally released on PS Mobile we've had a ton of feedback, and Surge Deluxe on PS Vita is our response to that feedback," said FuturLab's Dave Gabriel. "We've added unique shapes for each color block, so color blind people can compete on an even playing field, and we've added depth to the scoring system with new special block types that reward quick thinking and understanding of the game mechanics." As yet, there has been no announcement on price.
