Outlast, Red Barrel Games' asylum-based survival horror title, is scheduled to arrive on the PlayStation Network in North America next week, according to the latest episode of the PlayStation Blogcast.
The cast discussed the PlayStation 4 game during the next week's new releases segment, though a caveat on the PlayStation Blog notes that "PSN game release dates are subject to change without notice." Sony announced last week that Outlast would be released Feb. 5 in Europe.
We've reached out to Red Barrel Games and Sony for a specific release date and will update this story with more information as we receive it. In the meantime, you can check out Polygon's Outlast review and our developer interview to learn more about the Windows PC version, which was released last year.
Earlier this week, Sony announced that Outlast would join Metro: Last Light, ModnationRacers: Road Trip, Remember Me, Payday 2 and Street Fighter X Tekken in the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection in North America.
