American McGee's episodic fairytale Grimm hits Steam

All 23 episodes of Spicy Horse Games' dark fairytale adventure American McGee's Grimm are now available on Steam for Windows PC.

The complete pack can be purchased for $9.99 while individual episodes are $0.99 each. Spicy Horse Games launched American McGee's Grimm on Steam Greenlight in July with the game making it through Steam's vetting process in September.

Each episode takes a classic Grimm's fairytale that have been "watered down with cute woodland creatures and happy endings" over the centuries and transforms them back into their original dark roots. A playthrough of an episode is approximately 30 minutes long and chapters can be played in any order.

The individual episodes of American McGee's Grimm were first released between July 2008 and April 2009 for Windows PC through GameTap. The fairytale adventure game is currently available from Spicy Horse's website for $20 for a complete pack, $8 for volume packs or $1.30 for individual episodes.
