Creative Assembly has no plans to brings its upcoming entry in the Alien game franchise, Alien: Isolation, to Wii U platforms, the company confirmed on the official Twitter account for the title.
The studio announced Isolation yesterday, which is slated to arrive on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. The game follows the story of Ellen Ripley's daughter who is attempting to find out what happened to the Alien stalwart following her disappearance from the Nostromo ship.
Creative Assembly, a studio that made a name for itself in the PC gaming community, has yet to develop a game on Wii U. Its most recent release on a Nintendo platform is Sonic Classic Collection on Nintendo DS. Prior to that it released Spartan: Total Warrior to GameCube in 2005.
