Dark Horse and CD Projekt Red have renewed their partnership to offer a second series based on The Witcher video game franchise. It will be called "Fox Children" and it begins in April.
The two announced the book at New York Comic-Con 2014 yesterday. It will be written by Paul Tobin, with art by Joe Querio. "Fox Children will lead Geralt aboard a ship of fools, renegades, and criminals," said a news release, "where some passengers are more dangerous than others, but one is hiding a hideous secret."
The Witcher: Fox Children will follow the Feb. 24 release of The Witcher 3, Wild Hunt, for PlayStation 3, Windows PC, and Xbox One. For more on the video game, see this 35-minute demo shown at E3 2014 (below) and Polygon's preview from the show.
