Project Spark, the free-to-play title on Windows PC and Xbox One, is an interesting take on the create-a-game genre. Its tools are simpler than most, allowing you to create a decent level, playable character and set of challenges in mere minutes, using a toolset that takes less than a half-hour to learn. But already, the game's tools have been used in some pretty fascinating ways, including a turn-based RPG and a prototype Pokémon project.
