Valve teases new character and more with 'The Foreseer's Contract' Dota 2 update sneak peek

Today on the official Dota 2 site, developer Valve teased the free-to-play MOBA's next big update after its 6.82 patch, "Rekindled Soul," rearranged the Dota 2 map and brought other major changes to the game.

Dubbed "The Foreseer's Contract," this new patch will likely address additional balance issues introduced after 6.82 and, if its teaser comic is to be trusted, the long-anticipated Oracle character will also be added. The existence of the Oracle has been known for some time after files related to his character were found in Dota 2's beta client, and the the Oracle is one of the few remaining original DOTA characters that hasn't been officially added to Valve's successor.
