Mario Kart 8’s take on F-Zero’s music is the best thing ever

Mario Kart 8's DLC includes a track based on F-Zero's own "Mute City" track, and the swinging version of that game's music is one of the high points of the content. Nintendo has been killing it when it comes to the soundtracks to its latest games, and it's great to see how much of the music is played live by actual musicians.

Bonus: They look like they’re having a blast.

I don’t know how we missed this video until now, but I’m in the mood for a free smile this Wednesday, and that has been successfully delivered.
