Sega's new Humble Bundle is a good deal for Dreamcast, Nights and Total War fans

The latest Humble Bundle pairs a few Sega classics from the Dreamcast and Saturn era with a collection of PC games from the company's Total War side for an eclectic mix that's both nostalgic and strategic.

The Humble Sega Bundle, which is available until Dec. 9, includes the Dreamcast Collection (Crazy Taxi, Sega Bass Fishing, Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut and Space Channel 5 Part 2), Nights Into Dreams and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. The bundle also features two add-ons for other games, Total War: Rome 2's Caesar in Gaul DLC and Football Manager 2015's Miles' Tactic DLC, as part of its pay-what-you-want pricing model.

Bundle buyers who pay more than the average price — currently $3.35 — will get Empire: Total War and Company of Heroes 2 - The Western Front Armies: Oberkommando West. At the $12 tier, the bundle throws in Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai, and at $50 buyers get an exclusive Dreamcast t-shirt designed by Fangamer.

Buyers can choose to spread their contribution out to the publisher, Humble and four charities: AbleGamersWillow FoundationSpecialEffect and GamesAid.

Most of the games in the Humble Sega Bundle are Windows PC-only. As with previous Humble Bundles, additional games will be added to the bundle as the promotion plays out.

Humble is also having a sale on select Sega-published titles, like Alien: Isolation, which is 50 percent off. Other marked down games include The Typing of the Dead Overkill, Jet Set Radio, Binary Domain and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.
