How jetpacks and cyber-Spacey set Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare apart

It's been awhile since we've seen a Call of Duty game that has taken more liberties with the long-running franchise's core DNA than this year's installment, Advanced Warfare. You don't have to look especially hard to find those liberties, either — grenades have never chased enemies down like persistent, eager birds of prey, and soldiers have never really jetpacked in any fashion. But do those new elements make Advanced Warfare unrecognizable when compared to its predecessors? Also, what's up with e-Kevin Spacey's face?

Check out the Overview video above for answers to these questions and more, as we discuss the game's campaign and multiplayer components. For more on the latter, don't miss our multiplayer preview of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, where we discuss the ins and outs of the game's revised Pick 13 customization system.
