Now through Dec. 4 Marvel is discounting its Unlimited digital subscription service from $9.99 to 75 cents for the first month. That means you can purchase access to 75 years of Marvel comics for a penny per year.

Marvel Unlimited is the app-based digital comics reader available for Google’s Android and Apple’s iOS devices, including phones and tablets. It allows users access to every issue in Marvel’s digital archive as well as the ability to read them offline. After Marvel revealed in October nine new comics-based movies, the Marvel Unlimited sale is a great way for fans of the publisher to get caught up and for new readers to get up to speed.

The computer-focused retailer is offering the Assassin’s Creed Unity bundle for $329.99, a discount of $70 (18 percent) off the regular price of $399.99. And the Xbox 360 wired controller for Windows PC is available for $29.99 (25 percent off). Here’s a partial list of games on sale:

Newegg is also offering plenty of deals on computer hardware. That includes the new Elgato Game Capture HD60 for $149.99 (25 percent off), 128 GB Samsung 850 Pro 2.5” internal SSD for $90 with promo code “CMSALE241” (47 percent off) and Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 from Asus for $284.99 after a $30 rebate (16 percent off).

Tiger Direct’s Cyber Monday deals are live today with a focus on hardware.

Walmart is now offering up discounts on a number of console bundles as part of today’s bevy of Cyber Monday deals.

A big PlayStation 4 bundle featuring Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and LittleBigPlanet 3, as well as one extra game of your choosing, is also available both in-store and online for $449, while a 500GB version of this bundle - without the third extra game - comes in at $399.

Best Buy’s Cyber Monday sale includes deals on consoles and deep discounts on games, according to the retailer’s online listing.

On the hardware side, sales include savings of up to $70 on Xbox One consoles, including those bundled with games like Assassin’s Creed Unity and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. You can also save $25 on Xbox One controllers and $25 on a Nintendo 3DS XL (a deal that comes with a $10 Nintendo eShop card).

Half the time, maybe more, it seems like Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are more about buying great stuff for yourself than it is about finding discounts for presents.
