Assassin's Creed Unity's next big patch set for release on Monday

New, comments

Assassin's Creed Unity's Patch 4 is set for release across all platforms next Monday, Dec. 15, according to a post on the franchise's official website.

"This patch will address issues with stability and performance as well as online matchmaking and connectivity (among other fixes and improvements)," the post reads.

A Ubisoft Q&A said that the developer expects Patch 4 "to rectify most of the remaining issues our players have been reporting." Those include problems with Assassin's Creed Unity crashing, freezing and slowing its frame rate.

Assassin's Creed Unity launched last month for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC amid a host of problems. You can read our review to learn more about a game that our reviewer said "feels like nothing so much as a meal taken out of the oven too soon."
