Fans of the series, or anyone interested in the latest French-themed brawler Assassin's Creed Unity from Ubisoft, should head directly to Amazon where it's selling across all platforms for only $30.
The game was plagued with problems at launch, as Polygon's review discusses. The problems were so bad it even affected Ubisoft's stock price. Today's promised patch is intended to fix many technical issues.
Unity joins other troubled launches this holiday season, including DriveClub. The spate of bad experiences has other developers pushing their games back just to avoid being lumped in with them.
The setting for next year's Assassin's Creed title has already leaked. It will take place in 19th century London, and be titled Assassin's Creed Victory.
