Awesome Games Done Quick provided some of 2014’s most jaw-dropping gaming theater back in January, and it’ll come back for more in two weeks. The speedrunning charity marathon returns Jan. 4, 2015.

Organizers this week announced the event dates and location — Jan. 4 to Jan 10 in Herndon, Va. at the Hilton Dulles Airport Hotel. Yes, it will be broadcast live on Twitch for those who can’t attend. Proceeds this year benefit the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
On the menu this time: Streets of Rage 2, F-Zero, Dark Forces 2, Battletoads, River City Ransom, The Legend of Zelda and Portal 2, among 150 games to be played. The final day features Dark Souls 2, Final Fantasy 7, Halo 2, Ocarina of Time and, once again, Goldeneye, this time in a four-way race.
Last year’s Awesome Games Done Quick event in January raised more than $1 million. It featured a world-record speedrun in Goldeneye on Nintendo 64 and a showstopping blindfolded performance in Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!
