Danganronpa 2 localization hits PS Vita this fall

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, the sequel to mystery adventure game Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, will launch North American and European PlayStation Vitas this fall as a downloadable title, NIS America announced today.

The Spike Chunsoft-developed title puts players in the role of a student at Hope's Peak Academy. The students are taken on a field trip to an island, where they are forced dispatch each other in order to escape alive. Players must interview fellow students and gather evidence to find out who the real killer is.

The official localization of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc recently launched on PlayStation Vita Feb. 11 in North America and Feb. 14 in Europe. The edition was an overhauled version of the first Danganronpa that was initially released on the PlayStation Portable in Japan in 2010.
