Revolution Software's adventure game Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse is coming to iOS platforms, the developer recently announced on its Tumblr.
The game is the fifth in the Broken Sword series of adventure games and was successfully funded on Kickstarter. Revolution Software launched the first episode in December 2013 on Linux, Mac, PlayStation Vita and Windows PC. According to the developer, the iOS version of the first episode has been submitted to the iTunes App Store and should be available soon. When asked about an Android version, the developer said more testing is required, but it is on its way.
The developer pitched the game on Kickstarter in 2012 with a funding goal of $400,000. It raised $711,560 in total. The fifth installment in the Broken Sword series follows the adventures of attorney George Stobbart and journalist Nico Collard as they unravel a mystery involving World War II-era Spanish fascists, the Knights Templar and something to do with the devil.
