Unite 2014, Unity Technologies' annual developer conference, will take place Aug. 20-22, 2014 at Seattle's Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, according to the event's official website.
Unite 2014 will offer Unity 3D developers and publishers access to training in the multiplatform development software. During the three-day conference, attendees can take part in hands-on tutorials, technical sessions and preview upcoming Unity technology.
Two hundred Super Early Bird tickets are available now for $300, a 25 percent discount of the regular $400 price. Student conference tickets are available for $180. Tickets for Unity Training Day, which offers a "full day of hands-on tutorials for newer Unity users," are available for $100. Training Day will take place Aug. 19 at Seattle Center Fisher Pavilion, and access is not included with developer conference registration.
Each year's Unite also features the Unity Awards, which honor notable developers and their creations. Last year's winners included Fireproof Games' The Room (Android, iOS) and Amplitude Studios' Endless Space (Mac, Windows PC).
Within the last year, Unity also announced partnerships to bring Unity 3D to Nintendo's Wii U, Microsoft's Xbox One and Sony's PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
