The ensemble voice cast for Children of Liberty, Lantana Games' upcoming historical stealth game, will include veterans of titles including Borderlands 2, Fallout: New Vegas and Gone Home, the developer announced today.

Set on the night before the battles of Lexington and Concord, which sparked the American Revolution, Children of Liberty casts players in role of children who could discover "a conspiracy that could plunge the Colonies into war." The voice cast includes Ashly Burch (Tiny Tina in Borderlands 2) as Sarah; Sarah Elmaleh (Katie in Gone Home) as Ally, Margaret Gage, and others; Sean Chiplock (Sanjin in Dust: An Elysian Tail) as Doug and William Dawes; and Chris Rando (Codename Cygnus) as Joseph, the Lieutenant, and others.

Ed Mace (Heroes of Newerth) will play Samuel Adams; Chris Ciulla (Fallout: New Vegas) will play Benjamin Church and others; Cyrus Nemati (Quest for Infamy) will play Royal Governor Thomas Gage; Billy Nichols (Structure Gaming) plays Samuel Prescott; and Geoffrey Campbell (Captain of the New England Patriots Endzone Militia) will portray Paul Revere.

Codename Cygnus developer Reactive Studios helped Lantana Games with recording, an overview of which you can see in the video above.

"The talented team at Reactive Studios helped us bring the characters in Children of Liberty to life, in a way we never could have done alone," said designer Dan Silvers. "This cast has surpassed our wildest dreams in terms of everything they brought to the table. We can't wait for you to hear them in action."

Children of Liberty is headed to Steam Early Access for Linux, Mac and Windows PC this spring. It was successfully funded through Kickstarter in 2011 with $5,944 in pledges of its $5,000 goal.
