Indie-focused site Venus Patrol and indie event coordinator Wild Rumpus will debut a new game from Natasha Allegri, the co-creator of cartoon show Bee and PuppyCat, during their joint party at Game Developers Conference 2014.
Tentatively titled Musclecat Showdown, the game is about "the best drunken fun you can have with surly, muscular cats." It was co-created with indie developer Major Bueno, best known for Party Bueno.
That Venus Patrol and Wild Rumpus Party kicks off at 7 p.m. PT at Public Works in San Francisco. Other featured games include Nidhogg, Alphabet and Push Me Pull You, while musicians such as Daedelus and DJ Phillippe Lemarchand will perform. The full lineup is available on the party's official website.
Last year's event included games such as Samurai Gunn and the musicians who worked on Sound Shapes, Dyad and more.
Waitlist tickets are still available for $20.
