In the latest developer diary for MLB 14 The Show, developer Sony San Diego dives into the series' immensely popular Road to the Show mode to discuss the enhancements to it in this year's game.
Highlights illustrated in the video include revamped training drills and player progression, a redesigned Catcher Mode, the Topps Amateur Showcase and the new player comparison screen. According to Sony San Diego, this year's changes are focused on making Road to the Show's progression more similar to the way real MLB players move through the minor leagues and up into the pros.
