Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes - Overview video

Talking about Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes is like trying to navigate that one laser tunnel using only a pack of cigarettes, because you forgot to pick up the thermal goggles.

It's tricky for a multitude of reasons, many of which boil down to the game's amuse-bouche-esque portion size. Completing the game's main narrative thread won't take you very long at all; but do its replayability and extra content make up for that brevity? Is it a self-contained story, or is it the first chunk of a bigger thing, excised and sold piecemeal? There are so many questions impacting what you'll get out of Ground Zeroes, and all the answers reside in your own heart.

Today's Overview features myself and Dave Tach trying to answer those quandaries using our own heart-logic, which may not be your cup of tea. I have a peculiar, irreproducible way in which I enjoy Metal Gear Solid games, which mostly involves using hand grenades to turn rodents into vapor.
