Virtual reality makes a splash at GDC 2014

The 2014 Game Developers Conference has been something of a coming-out party for virtual reality. Oculus VR is showing off the latest version of its Oculus Rift headset. Sony announced its own competitor, currently codenamed Project Morpheus, and is also doing demos. And a number of other companies are presenting their own virtual reality solutions at the show.
