Paper Trail, a free expansion to Sucker Punch Studios' Infamous: Second Son, is available to download and will bring six weeks of content to the PlayStation 4 game.
According to a post on the PlayStation Blog by producer Brian Fleming, Paper Trail will offer "almost five hours of additional content" that "expands the universe and gameplay by weaving seamlessly on and beyond your PS4. You will pursue missions to unravel the mysteries behind the D.U.P. and the cover-up of a violent suicide through this time-released story."
Paper Trail is free to everyone with a copy of the game and a PlayStation Network account and arrives within a patch. For more on the open-world game, including the first Paper Trails mission, be sure to read and watch Polygon's Infamous: Second Son review, which our reviewer, Phil Kollar, described as "more of the Infamous I already loved last generation, prettier, with more powers and better writing." You can also watch the Overview video above to see it in action.
Earlier this week, Paper Trail's creative director Jaime Griesemer confirmed to Polygon that he left the studio "to go see what's out there."
