In honor of the game's one-year anniversary, God of War: Ascension players can download every single-player downloadable content pack for weapons and armor for free, Santa Monica Studio community strategist Aaron Kaufman announced via the PlayStation Blog.
All XP booster prices have been cut in half. Players will also have the chance to get an exclusive in-game tattoo, "The Marked One," and cape denoting the game's anniversary. Those interested must answer a question in the game's community thread in order to receive either item. According to Kaufman, this will be "the only time we ever make it available, ever."
God of War: Ascension launched March 12 last year. For more on the game, check out our review. The game's director, Todd Papy, departed Sony Santa Monica late last year.
