Fly UFOs in World of Warplanes for April Fools' Day

World of Warplanes developer put a special April Fools' Day surprise in all players' hangars: playable UFOs, the studio announced today.

The massively multiplayer online air combat game now offers flying saucers — for one day. The Tier 5 German Kampfflugplatte Sleipnir I UFO, which emits laser beams, is available to play until 5 a.m. ET tomorrow, April 2. According to the studio, the other nations in World of Warplanes will receive their own alien aircraft if there's a positive response from the community to the first UFO.

Two special April Fools' missions are now available, and each one offers a unique emblem. Any plane can be used to complete the missions, which will be available until 7 a.m. ET on Friday, April 4. For more on World of Warplanes, check out our full review.
