'Agents of SHIELD' actor to present at Disney Infinity event today

Actor Clark Gregg, who plays Agent Phil Coulson on Marvel's Angents of SHIELD television series, will be presenting at today's Disney Infinity unveiling event, according to an errant tweet from the show's official Twitter account spotted by Game Informer.

The tweet, which has since been deleted and seems to have been posted early, mentions that Gregg will be part of the announcement of the addition of Marvel characters to the Disney Infinity sandbox game.

"Today @clarkgregg surprised fans at the Disney Infinity 2.0 launch event announcing new Marvel additions to the game!" reads the tweet.

Earlier this month, Disney teased the addition of Marvel's Avengers to Disney Infinity, which launched last summer for PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS, Wii, Wii U, Windows PC and Xbox 360. A week later, Polygon received an invitation to an event dated for today, April 30, that would reveal more details on Disney Infinity 2.0.
