Silicon studio, the developer behind the Bravely Default series, unveiled its latest rendering engine tech demo on its official YouTube page.
The real-time technical preview of the Yebis 2 optical effects middleware offers a look at the depth of field effects, customizable glare effects, motion blur and optical post-effects first introduced at the tech's reveal.
Silicon Studio announced last year its plans to bring the Yebis 2 to PlayStation 4, alongside Xbox One, Windows PC, Linux, Android and iOS devices. The company will also bring its middleware to Western developers as part of a multinationa outreach program.
