Futuridium EP Deluxe hitting PS4 with PS Vita cross-buy support

Futuridium EP Deluxe, an old-school shooter-styled game inspired by 8-bit classics, is heading to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita with cross-buy support, MixedBag co-founder Mauro Fanelli revealed on the PlayStation blog.

"As a lone starship pilot lost in a dimensional loop with a depleting energy bar, you'll encounter endless waves of giant space dreadnoughts," Fanelli wrote. "Your only hope? Destroy the blue energy cubes on them to refill your tank and expose the main power core, which must be destroyed to move on to the next ship."

The PS4 version offers 1080p at 60 frames per second, more effects than the handheld version, DualShock 4 features and shared leaderboards with the PS Vita release. It also includes sharing support to stream runs, while gameplay offers turbo zones, new enemies and teleport portals.
