GOG offering 100 games at up to 90 percent off as Insomnia Sale starts today

If you buy something from a Polygon link, Vox Media may earn a commission. See our ethics statement. is kicking off its Insomnia Sale today, offering discounts on 100 games on a rotating schedule until all copies are sold out, the company announced this morning.

Beginning this morning, is offering up to 90 percent discounts on select DRM-free games for Mac and Windows PC, as well as a handful of free titles in limited quantities. Each game will go on sale one at a time until stock runs out — then discounts on a new game will begin until that title runs out, and so on. 

Titles slated to hit the sale today include IGF award winner Papers Please, point-and-click titles like Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail and real-time strategy game Divinity: Dragon Commander. A countdown for each title is available on's main page, listing how many copies of currently on-sale titles are left with a new game popping up automatically as soon as they are sold out.
