Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, Nippon Ichi Software's strategy-based role-playing game, will hit North America on Aug. 12 and Europe on Aug. 29 on PlayStation Vita, NIS America announced.
The "expanded and enhanced" version includes bonus content like new characters, spells, techniques and all of the PS3 version's downloadable content, which was originally released in 2011. Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited also features new scenarios, adding more backstory to the characters, as well as new music tracks, bringing the total to more than 100 .
NIS America will also bring two more Japanese games to Europe and North America this year. Battle Princess of Arcadias, developer Nippon Ichi Software's side-scrolling beat-em-up, is headed to PS3. Developer Compile Heart's turn-based role-playing game, Fairy Fencer F, is headed to PlayStation 3 in the regions.
