Danish game studio Investigate North released the first gameplay trailer for its upcoming narrative-centric massively multiplayer mystery game Cloud Chamber, which describes how storytelling is changing in the face of ongoing changes in technology.
Cloud Chamber director Christian Fonnesbech, who narrates the studio's latest video, maintains that the narrative style of books is a form of storytelling from a different age.
The trailer also shows off in-game footage of this fictional database of found footage, confidential journals and documentary clips. You can also glimpse the game's leaderboard, which is based around a Reddit-styled forum where players will discuss their findings try to unravel the mystery.
