Bandai Namco's lineup for the upcoming Japan Expo will include titles based on popular anime and other classic company properties, as well as a handful of new title announcements and other surprises, the company announced today.
Bandai Namco's expo booth will allow attendees hands-on time with games including Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, One Piece: Unlimited World Red, Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, Rise of the Incarnates and Tales of Xillia 2. The company is also promising a look at "additional titles and surprises."
The booth will also host fan-focused activities and a pop-up shop including goods previously unavailable outside of Japan.
“We arrive to that time of the year; where we join-up with our fans to celebrate the Japanimation and our games,” said Bandai Namco Games Europe vice president of IP strategy Herve Hoerdts said in a press statement. “We are very proud to present our line-up for this year’s Japan Expo. This is a golden opportunity for us to stay close to our fans and show them our consideration."
The 2014 Japan Expo, the largest conference focused on Japanese pop culture in Europe, is now in its 15th year. The expo will take place July 2-6 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
