MLB Perfect Inning launching this week on Android and iOS

MLB Perfect Inning, the free-to-play simulation baseball title developed specifically for mobile devices, will be available this week on Android and iOS, publisher Gamevil announced today.

The Android version will launch later today on Google Play, while the iOS version will be released Thursday, May 8, on the App Store. Gamevil had been running a closed beta for the past few weeks.

MLB Perfect Inning is a fully licensed Major League Baseball game, teams and players included. Developed by the Korean studio Gong Games, the title is aimed at die-hard baseball fans who want a true simulation baseball experience on a smartphone or tablet. In addition to realistic baseball gameplay, MLB Perfect Inning offers a complex management element based on virtual trading cards; that's the basis of the game's free-to-play monetization strategy.
