Alien: Isolation's E3 gameplay trailer is now available online and offers a look at the game's ominous locations and title predator.
Alien: Isolation is set 15 years after Alien, when Ellen Ripley's daughter Amanda finds herself facing off against a deadly but familiar foe. The video, which you can watch above, features clips of Ellen exploring the a dark ship and pondering the presence of something more sinister.
"As Amanda, you will navigate through an increasingly volatile world as you find yourself confronted on all sides by a panicked, desperate population and an unpredictable, ruthless Alien," the video's description reads. "Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive."
Alien: Isolation launches Oct. 7 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC. The game will be on the E3 showfloor, along with Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd and more at Sega's booth.
