Details are sparse but Rovio, publisher of the Angry Birds franchise, just announced Angry Birds Transformers with a splash page on the main Angry Birds site. The game is "coming soon to app stores." No other information is provided.
This would be the third Angry Birds to license another property. In 2011 Rovio published Angry Birds Rio, a tie-in with the animated movie of the same name, and it has also published Angry Birds Star Wars and Angry Birds Star Wars 2, in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
