Infinite Crisis, Turbine's free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena game set in the DC Comics universe, is adding Supergirl to its ranks, the developer announced today.
Supergirl, also known as Kara Zor-El, is the cousin of Superman. She escaped the dying planet Krypton in a state of suspended animation and eventually crash-landed on Earth.
Described as "a bruiser who loves getting up-close and personal," Supergirl uses abilities such as Worldbreaker, Bounding Strike and Comet to deal damage to enemies. Her passive skill, Solar Furnace, allows her to build power and deal additional damage at its max. Check out the trailer above to see her in action.
Infinite Crisis is currently in open beta; those interested in joining can sign up on the game's official website. Previous additions to the game include Sinestro, Star Sapphire and Green Arrow.
