See the four new Japan-only Wii U games created by students

Four games from Nintendo's 2013 student-driven program, Nintendo Game Seminar, are now available in Japan via the Wii U eShop, according to NintendoWorldReport.

The Nintendo Game Seminar is a program that provides weekly classes and projects students take on from home. Games were selected by Nintendo designer and general manager of EAD software development department Takashi Tezuka.

You can view Shima Nagame in the trailer above, while first looks for Sentou Danchi, Hissatsu! Center Heroes and Poppo Hunter are below.

Nintendo took applicants for its eight-month student program in Japan last year; 2013 marked the return of the program, which took a break in 2011 and 2012 after several natural disasters.
