The latest software update for the Hauppauge HD PVR Rocket, a USB device for capturing game footage, adds support for Twitch, Ustream and YouTube streaming, Hauppauge announced this week.

The free Windows software update is available through the manufacturer's website. The device itself allows users to capture — and now stream — footage from consoles or PCs. The hardware's capturing capabilities support saving 1080p video directly to USB media or a PC.

The Hauppauge HD PVR Rocket is available to purchase for $139.99 at Best Buy and Newegg and $152.29 on Amazon. You can see the full list of retailers on Hauppauge's official site.
