The latest trailer for Oddworld Inhabitants' upcoming 2.5 side-scroller Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty offers a deeper glimpse into the game's story, which focuses on a humanoid creature named Abe and his trials and tribulations in a meat processing plant.
In the trailer above, viewers can see the perils Abe will face on his quest to free the slave of RuptureFarms, the aforementioned meat processing plant with some sinister secrets. The song used in the trailer, "Born to Love You" by Australian musician Elodie Adams, will also be featured in the game's end credits.
New 'n' Tasty — a remake of 1997 PC side-scrolling puzzle platformer Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee — will launch for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita for $29.99. It will be cross-save compatible across all PlayStation platforms and will be part of Sony's cross-buy program, allowing players to pay once for all versions. The game is also slated to hit Wii U, Windows PC, Mac and Linux later.
Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty will be playable at E3 in Los Angeles next week.
