Here’s how to vote on what’s in the Collector’s Edition of Dead Island 2

Votes are now open for items to be included in the Collector's Edition of Dead Island 2, publisher Deep Silver recently announced.

Dead Island 2 takes place in California after Dead Island and Escape Dead Island. Possible items for the Collector's Edition include figurines, flags, a beer cooler case, towel, bags and more. The full list of items is available in the community survey.

When asked if the vote was a response to the controversial Dead Island Riptide Zombie Bait Edition — which included a mutilated, bikini-clad torso — Deep Silver director of marketing and PR Aubrey Norris said that engaging with fans for collector's editions has "proven to be a huge hit."

"We've had great success with global fans of Saints Row 4, the German-based fans of Risen 3 and Dead Island Riptide's North American Rigor Mortis Edition for our various collector's editions," Norris said. "We look forward to seeing what fans choose for Dead Island 2 and more fan-based voting in the future!"

Dead Island 2 is expected to launch in 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
