How to fly in Spintires

Did you know that the supposedly earthbound trucks in sober Soviet truck driving sim Spintires are actually capable of flight?

Beautiful, majestic, tornado-like flight?

Well, they are.

YouTube user "Bray" demonstrates exactly how to achieve liftoff in this video, using a quirk of the game’s physics while winched to another truck. They manage to get off the ground after using one truck to, er, car-hump another, resulting in a sort of dual-truck spiral into space.

It doesn’t look difficult to achieve, as Bray appears to be cracking up the entire time the two vehicles are off the ground. Follow their lead and you, too, can make multi-ton steel monsters dance in the sky.
