You will lose an entire day to this Google Maps game, but hey, it's edutainment

Google combined the joy of dropping pins on a map with pop culture, sports, history and geography trivia to create Smarty Pins.

I cannot stop playing this damned game, and I know that's because the questions are relatively easy — at least early on — so I feel smart and flattered. But damn if it doesn't gradually get tricky, tossing in a question about a 2002 Jennifer Lopez movie, then one about architecture in India, zapping my confidence with its trivia death ray.
